Appointment Policy

Our practice has made this broken appointment policy in efforts to give each patient the quality time and care they deserve while efficiently running our dental practice. We ask that you realize we set aside a reserved block of time especially for your child and ask that you please respect the time of our practices staff as well as other patients scheduled times by being on time and showing up to your reserved time and day. We understand that emergencies come up and schedules change, but our cancellation policy is as follows: our parents and/or patients must notify us within two business days prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment or if two business days notice prior to your appointment date and time is not given a $25 fee per child will be charged to your account. For patients scheduled for treatment, the broken reservation fee will be $75 per child. These fees need to be paid at the time the child is rescheduled for treatment. Any future dental reservations may require a deposit to reserve the treatment time for the child. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
